For 30 years, residents and guests of the city of Amsterdam calmly walked past the gray and unremarkable wall of the warehouse of the city museum, covered with aluminum sheets, and probably did not suspect anything.

Probably, no attention was paid to her. And in vain. Indeed, under the upholstery hid an outstanding work of contemporary art - the largest in Europe, the work of American artist Keith Haring, he executed 32 years ago. Now there is no upholstery, and anyone can enjoy it.

In 1986, an exhibition of Keith Haring opened in Amsterdam, and in two days he painted the museum's warehouse wall. However, two years later, the wall was covered with aluminum sheets to maintain the necessary temperature conditions inside the building.

Thus, the work of Haring for 30 years was hidden from prying eyes. This mural size of 12 by 15 m - the largest of his work in Europe.
