In the western part of Kazakhstan, a rich burial was found. He was found by chance in the village of Qurayli, near Aktobe, along the bypass road.
The worker, digging sand, came across a human skull and jewelry. Archaeologists arriving at the site investigated this place and dated it II-IV centuries AD. In their opinion, a tribal leader was buried here. This is evidenced by the perfectly preserved pommel of the sword.
"In the Chinese army, it was spread by such a sword to award the military leaders of the Hun period, who were tried to appease, bribe, decorated with chalcedony, jade dials". Here the same expert decorated the handle of the sword, "said Arman Bisembayev, a representative of the Margulan Institute of Archeology.
Together with him, a sword and a saddle were decorated with gold. The clothes of the deceased were decorated with various stamped gold plaques.
