Canadian artist Maskull Lasserr is able to turn any old furniture into a unique art object. An armchair, sofa or table that has lived in the family for several decades, often want to leave. Maskull Lasserre remodeling furniture, breathing a second life into it.

Those who follow the artist’s work know about his ability to “turn the anatomical details of everyday objects into art objects”. This project is no exception. Maskull Lasserr split the old piano into two parts, successively dissecting each element. Leaving at the end of one part: tiny wishbone in the form of the thymus.

The passion for such activities arose from him immediately. This happened after he discovered that every antique item has its own individual space, a certain opposite of standardization and the desire to "be like everyone else."
