Money and decorations in their own backyard: the curious discovery of two Americans

On a hot May day, two spouses from America decided to tidy up in their own garden. During cleaning, they found a small metal box, which at first was mistaken for an electrical unit with wires.
It was not a box with an electrician, but a real safe. In it were wet banknotes and decorations. The total amount of "wet" bills was $ 52,000.
Among other things, inside lay a note with an address. As it turned out, this safe once belonged to the neighbors of the American couple. It was stolen 7 years ago and was probably hidden by robbers. Only now, why the attackers did not take him, it is not clear.
A safe with money and decorations was returned to the rightful owners.
