American professor John Pfaff found an Apple IIe computer in the attic of his parents' house. Despite the 30-year inaction, after the inclusion he earned. As it was not surprising, the equipment was in working condition.

After switching on, the car demanded to insert a floppy disk with a game called “Adventureland”, which was started 30 years ago. Stuck on one of the levels, John decided to postpone its passage, but later completely forgot about it.

On the diskette, the professor found several more computer games from the past: Millionware, Olympic Decathlon, and Neuromancer. Also there was an email from his father. It was published in 1986 by 11-year-old John Pfaff, who was in a summer camp.

According to the professor, despite the year of inactivity, the computer is in working condition. Time left its imprint only on the body, which is slightly yellowed.

Apple IIe - the third model of personal computers Apple, which was produced in various versions from 1983 to 1993. The cost of such a device ranged from 1395 to 1995 dollars.

Its characteristics are modest by modern standards. Processor with a clock frequency of 1 MHz, 64 kilobytes of RAM, expandable up to 1 megabyte, and a 16 kilobyte drive with the possibility of using tapes and floppy disks.
