The artist from Detroit invented a way to transform the space that surrounds him. Moreover, the emphasis was placed on dilapidated buildings and almost collapsed walls. In the course went even a long-forgotten technique.
In his works, Pat Perry tries to portray the attitude of a person to the world around him. Dynamics, in some places - harmonious, and in some places - competitive. His multimedia drawings and paintings are reflected on many things: from broken portable laptops to multi-colored paintings on the walls of buildings.
In all his works, Perry balances subtle details with close-ups. The artist described his art as follows: “I want to make paintings that just gently whisper to you what you have forgotten.”
Pat Perry draws and photographs, operating with careful and verified observations. He often lives in Detroit, where he creates. Abandoned houses become the "canvas" for its original images.
