Lviv will host the Festival of ancient music

Within 3 days - June 15, 16 and 23, Lviv will host the annual International Festival of Ancient Music. This was reported by its organizers.
The program of the XVII Ancient Music Festival includes master courses and concerts of performers from Ukraine, Switzerland, Belarus and France. Its feature is the combination of compositions of ancient eras and modernity.
From June 11 to June 15, a series of rehearsals of the Ukrainian-Swiss conductor Bohdan Shveda with a chorus of students of the baroque chapel of the Lviv National Music Academy will be held. The result of this will be a joint concert of two choirs: the Ukrainian student and “A cappella Chor Zürich”, which is led by Bogdan Shved.
At the concerts will perform: Anna Ivanyushenko, harpsichord; Natalia Kozhushko-Maksimov, flute (Ukraine); Jean-Christophe Frisch, flute (France); "A Cappella Chor Zürich" (Switzerland); Baroque Choir Choir (Ukraine); conductor Bogdan Shved (Ukraine-Switzerland); group "Stary Olsa" (Belarus).
Concerts in Lviv will be held at such locations: the mirror hall of the Lviv National Academic Opera and Ballet Theater. S. Krushelnitskaya, Roman Catholic Cathedral, "Vienna Coffee House", the mirror hall of the Potocki Palace.
