Andrei Sergeyevich Reutov, career lieutenant colonel, began his career in November 1995, when, after serving in the Russian Armed Forces, twenty-year-old Andrei got a job as a firefighter in the 7th fire department.

There was no question of choosing another profession, because he spent all his childhood, starting at the age of 8, next to the 4 fire brigade or on its territory, together with his cousins, the sons of the unit chief - his uncle.

In 2004, being the head of guard 6 of the fire station, Andrei Reutov went to the fire that occurred on the territory of SG-TRANS OJSC. Arriving first at the scene, he automatically became the fire extinguishing manager. And here a terrible thing happened - gas cylinders with propane exploded inside the workshop to fill them.

There was an outburst of flame outside, where Andrei Sergeyevich was in a fighting position. He received burns to his face and hands of the 2nd degree. For bold and decisive actions shown during the extinguishing of this fire, he was awarded the medal "For Courage in the Fire." This incident left an unpleasant imprint in the memory of the firefighter.

Now, under the command of the head of the 6th fire brigade Andrei Sergeevich Reutov, there are 112 personnel. A lot of young people are working, which he seeks to educate and direct along the right path in order to prepare a worthy change for himself and the older generation of the unit.

Andrei is very passionate about his work, we can say that he is a patriot of the fire department. Even his hobby is connected with professional activity - he collects models of fire engines.

It all began with the surprise of Marina's beloved wife on her husband's birthday - as a gift, she chose a lighter in the shape of a fire truck. It was then that the idea of ​​creating his own collection came to Andrei’s head.
