Embroidery and philately: "Ukrposhta" presented the continuation of a series of stamps

"Ukrposhta" released to the Independence Day of Ukraine several new stamps from the series "Ukrainian embroidery - the code of the nation". The drawings depict the exhibits that are stored in the Museum of Ivan Gonchar. These are bright samples found in Cherkasy, Volyn, Chernihiv and Chernivtsi regions.

Fragments of embroidery become the Central subject of stamps not for the first time. Last year, the first part of this series was printed, which included copies of embroidery Vinnytsia, Kiev, Lviv and Poltava regions. Circulation of stamps amounted to 140 thousand copies. Envelopes and art cards were issued for each of them.
