This collection of old postcards will introduce you to the city landscapes of Vinnitsa – this is how it looked a hundred years ago. At the beginning of the First world war the city became the administrative center of Podolsk province. For three years, from 1917 to 1920, the city power belonged to the Council of public organizations and Podolsk provincial Council. And in 1919 there were public structures of the Ukrainian people's Republic.
