Village Topolnitsa in 20-30-ies of the last century

These photos were taken in the village Topolnitsa, Lviv oblast. The settlement was first mentioned in 1422. The name comes from the river Topolnitsa, along which as much as 7 kilometers of the settlement. On all sides the village is surrounded by mountains and forests, which makes it a great place to relax. The photographs shown here are from the peaceful period between the First and Second world wars. In 1928, it was home to almost 1,300 people.
