The most interesting lot was sold last week at auction Violity. Once this machine Chevrolet Corvette Astro II, released in 1991, cost only 3 rubles. However the cost of the copy exposed on the website rose to 5065 UAH, and it got to the new owner. The toy, made of plastic and metal, is a scale model of the famous car and was put up for sale in perfect condition: from the moment of purchase it was stored in a package and was unpacked only for photography. The Chevrolet Astro II prototype was first shown in new York in 1968. The coupe was equipped with a ridge frame, suspension elements of the GM model, under the hood mounted engine V8 7.0. In addition, the designers have fully worked out the interior of the car. However over several shortcomings had to in further work, and in 1969 have shown the next version of – Chevrolet XP-882.
