The Royal Australian mint has unveiled a collectible coin that depicts an elusive fantasy character popular in Western culture – the Tooth Fairy. For many children, the loss of a baby tooth is associated with an event – a visit to a little sorceress who takes a hidden tooth from under the pillow, and puts money in return.

Bronwyn King worked on the design of the $ 2 coin, which depicted a charming fairy with wings. The cute creature holds a tooth with her left hand. The circle of the coin is decorated with a floral pattern. The novelty is made of aluminum bronze, the weight is 6.6 grams, the diameter is 20.5 mm.

The coin is sold in a set with a bamboo brush, a pen for notes that children can leave for the Tooth Fairy. You can save the missing tooth in a small, cute pouch. The set will be a great gift and incentive for children who are just beginning to get acquainted with numismatics.
