The film adaptation of Stephen king's novel "Shining" by Stanley Kubrick is one of the most famous film adaptations based on the works of the horror king. Despite the fact that the writer himself remained, to put it mildly, not happy with the film, "Shining" is regularly included in the lists of the most important films of its genre.

Stanley Kubrick is a real perfectionist who makes sure that all the scenes of the film are as he sees them in his imagination. It took several weeks to shoot one of the episodes, and the entire team worked 13 hours a day. And all this in order to keep the film in suspense until the very end. These photos will introduce you to the shooting process, which lasted almost a year.
