Coin + stamp: Tuvalu has released a set featuring a cartoon mouse

The Pacific nation of Tuvalu presented a $ 1 running coin dedicated to the animated series "Tom and Jerry". The circulation was issued by the Australian mint (The Perth Mint).

The obverse shows a portrait of Queen Elizabeth II, sign of the project's author (IRB), as well as basic data: name of the Queen, denomination, issuing country and year. On the reverse is a multicolored image of Jerry the mouse with the inscription "TM & WDAY (s20)", and below it is the mint mark (P).

The coin is made of aluminum bronze. The diameter is 30.6 mm and the weight is 13.5 g. Collectors can purchase a set consisting of a coin and a stamp combined in one block. The face value of the stamp is 1 dollar 10 cents.
