The second half of March pleased connoisseurs of expensive watches with interesting copies. Among them, Violity purchased a valuable lot – a working model of the brand Vacheron Constantin, made of 750 gold. Pocket watches were assembled in the middle of the XIX century, equipped with a flat case weighing 30 g, while the total weight of the device is 44 g. The device is one of the first models intended for export to England. The watch is stored in a special box, thanks to which it will look great in a new place. The cost of the item was 40,060 hryvnia.

The Swiss company Vacheron Constantin dates back to 1755, when the watchmaker Jean-Mark Vacheron hired a journeyman as his assistant. The small manufactory quickly became famous for high-quality products - watches were bought by French and Italian aristocrats. In 1819, an important event occurred in the history of the company – it was then that a new key participant, Francois Constantin, joined the company. And in 1906, the first Vacheron Constantin brand store was opened in Geneva.
