In the early 1980s, customizer Jay Ohrberg created the longest limousine in the world, calling it the "American dream". The 30-meter car was included in the Guinness book of records. The base for the car was the Cadillac Eldorado, released in the mid-70s, but after processing, little remains of it – only the exterior features are recognizable.
The cabin was equipped with a water bed, a pool with a Jacuzzi, and the rear part was designed to carry a small helicopter. All this stuffing was carried on 26 wheels. For turns, there is a small gap between the front and back of the car, located in the middle. The disadvantage of both segments is that they are not connected by doors. To get from one part of the limousine to the other, you need to get out of it. At the same time, the Cadillac Eldorado could be shortened by uncoupling the rear segment.
By 2012, the car had fallen into disrepair, as it had not been repaired for a long time. In 2014, the car was bought out, and the Cadillac Eldorado went to the car Museum, where it was restored.
