During the renovation, a Sandstone slab with Sanskrit inscriptions was found in the Tonle Snguot temple, which is located in the Cambodian city of Siem Reap. There are 55 lines on the surface of the artifact, which is 100 cm high, 40 cm wide, and 20 cm thick. In the near future, the texts will be sent to Sanskrit experts for study.

According to preliminary research, the text belongs to the XI or XII century. Some of the letters have been erased, but most of the inscriptions remain. Scuff marks on the slab were caused by its use as a flooring. Moreover, the artifact was transported here from another temple. In addition, in the temple, Tonle Soot found several sculptures, including a statue of Buddha. The temple itself is not in the best condition: due to a large amount of precipitation and tree roots that grow into the Foundation of the building, the religious structure is gradually being destroyed.
