A new Museum has been opened in the village of Khorosno, which is located near Lviv, where details of aircraft that crashed during world war II are displayed. According to Andrei Rishton, who proposed to establish such a Museum, the wreckage of the aircraft was collected in the Carpathians, Volyn, as well as near by Lviv. To find the remains of aircraft, a search group was formed, which five years ago presented the first finds. In the following years, the project participants collected many details that formed the basis of the exhibition.

As exhibits in the Museum, you can see stands with the wreckage of 12 aircraft. Among them are the remains of MiG-3 and MiG-9 fighters, German Junkers and Heinkel bombers. Old engines, pieces of skin, other items related to the main theme of the Museum (oxygen tanks and fragments of the parachute system) - all this became part of one story, telling about the battles that took place more than 70 years ago. To attract attention to the Museum, a small model of the aircraft was assembled, which used components of the crashed cars.

In some cases, the researchers were able to identify the pilots who piloted the aircraft. Admission to the Museum is free, and visitors can book a tour and learn more about each exhibit.
