The Ulysse Nardin Marriage with a complex nautical theme is the rearranged mechanism of a pocket watch into a modern wrist case. Thanks to the skillful work of the master watchmaker, the ancient product has received a second life in a new guise. The new owner can only put it to his hand and fasten the strap.

Exhibited on the Violity website marry is presented in a 21-stone nickel movement, which is quite rare for this series. There are many overhead stones in steel frames.

Silver with gilding is used for the dial. The plot is pretty detailed. In the central part, a ship is depicted as a symbol of hope and prosperity. To his left is a lighthouse - symbolizing help in difficult situations, a pointer to the right path.

Ulysse Nardin is a company considered to be a pioneer in watchmaking. Her goal was and remains the creation of models for free-spirited people, travelers.

In 1846, in the small Swiss town of Le Locle, Ulysses Nardin founded a small watch manufacture, to which he gave his name. At that time, the world began to actively explore the waters of the world's oceans, so the watchmaker decided to focus his efforts on the creation of marine chronometers and complex pocket watches.

Every day, since the founding of his small enterprise, the watchmaker has gone to his goal. I set tasks, looked for solutions with the help of engineering. This later allowed the Ulysses Nardan watch manufactory to create many interesting models.

The father's business was continued by his son, Paul-David Nardan, who preserved the spirit of research and multiplied the achievements of the watch house.
