Ukrposhta did not ignore the day of dignity and freedom, which was celebrated in Ukraine on November 21. In honor of this holiday, three stamps were issued with portraits of Mikhail Goryn, Nikolai Rudenko and Svyatoslav Karavansky. All of them were public figures, were born in the first half of the XX century, each of them made a contribution to Ukrainian culture and actively participated in public life. Mikhail Goryn led an active anti-Soviet propaganda during the Soviet era, Nikolai Rudenko was the author of poetry and prose works, Svyatoslav Karavansky compiled dictionaries and translated texts.

The stamps contain images designed by Vasily Vasilenko. The circulation of each of them is 100 thousand copies. Cost - 9 UAH. (corresponds to the letter V in the upper-right corner). Employees of the Ukrainian Institute of national memory participated in the issue of stamps, which suggested creating this thematic series. The state holiday to which the stamps are dedicated, established in 2014, is considered the successor of another holiday – freedom Day.
