The Italian city of Bari is located on the Adriatic coast. In the southern region, it is one of the largest economic centers of the country. The city consists of four large districts, in the north is the old part with old buildings and narrow streets. This ancient settlement has long been in a favorable location, since the Trajan Road ran here. During the Second World War, the port and airfield played a decisive role for Bari. New districts were built in the 1960s and 1970s on the site of the former suburb. In the 1990s, new suburban areas appeared, which developed very quickly.
