"Red threat": military propaganda of the times of the Cold War

This collection of propaganda posters from the beginning of the Cold War. The series is called the "Red Menace".

"The common message is that the USSR wants to seize all the US military power and steal our women," the photo comments.

Cartoons were published in magazines, the number of which at the peak of the Cold War reached almost 130 pieces. The most famous were such loud and expressive names as "For men ounly", "Male", "True men", "Stag", "Man's life", "Adventure".
