During the dog walking, a couple from the US discovered a jar filled with gold coins. Judging by their dating (1847-1894), the treasure lay under the tree long enough.
After evaluating the coins, the experts found that the cost of some of them can vary from 27 thousand to 1 million dollars. The total cost of the find was $ 10 million.
Numismatists called the find unique:
"Since 1981 people came to us, they brought in one or two coins worth several thousand dollars, so many coins were discovered for the first time, this is one chance in a million, it's harder than winning a lottery."
The happy couple asked not to mention their names and also not to tell where the treasure was hidden. As they themselves said, they are afraid of causing a relapse of the "gold rush."
