By 1920, the car was no longer a curiosity, giants such as Rolls-Royce, Cadillac, Hispano-Suiza and Voisin rattled powerful luxury cars.

And then, against the backdrop of a flourishing automotive industry, something appears that is positioned as the cheapest self-propelled vehicle called Briggs and Stratton Flyer.

Actually the name itself is much laconic - Flyer, the other two words in the name have immortalized the producers of Briggs and Stratton. In fact, there were more manufacturers, but all in order.

This trolley was successfully called a "flying bench" - it is completely devoid of all amenities that make the ride a pleasant move in space.

There is no body, shock absorbers, muffler, there is only a wooden bench base, a hard mat under the ass, four bicycle wheels and a small rear engine with a capacity of 2 horsepower, which is planted on the fifth wheel.

And this Spartan product of engineering thought produced by two companies for at least 10 years (from 1915 to 1925), and not only that - they also bought it!
