In the north of Guatemala, archaeologists have discovered the Mayan altar. On it was found a text describing the policy of the rulers of the Kingdom of Canulah in the middle of the VI century.

The altar was found among the jungles in the ruins of the temple of the ancient city of La Corona. The researchers found a limestone plate 1.46 meters long and 1.2 meters wide, weighing more than a ton. On the altar, the date of creation was laid - May 12, 544.

The letters tell about the ruler of La Corona named Chuck Tuk-Ichak. Some other artifacts indicate that Chuck Tuk-Ichak ruled the neighboring city, El Peru-Vaca, about 20 years ago.
