Egyptian archaeologists stumbled upon two ancient tombs near the Dakhla oasis east of the Nile, in the Libyan desert.

The first tomb consists of a staircase leading to a limestone altar. From there is a passage to the main entrance. It is made of sandstone.

The hall is built of brick and has dimensions of 540 cm in length, 250 cm in width and 370 cm in height. It has a vaulted ceiling, most of which is worn. In the north wall there are 2 entrances to the burial chambers, on the top of which there are 2 other chambers with an entrance from the east. Skeletons, ceramic lamps and ceramics were found inside the chambers.

The second tomb is to the east of the first. It has 2 side chambers with destroyed rapids and the foundation of a burial temple with an altar of clay bricks and a fireplace. There was a table for sacrifices.

The northern wall of the tomb is decorated with a unique painting depicting the process of embalming the host of the grave.
