The National Bank of Ukraine issued a silver collector coin dedicated to digging potatoes.
The reverse of the coin depicts a hunched man and woman, and on the obverse there is a bush of potatoes.
The nominal value of the coin is 10 UAH. Weight - 31.1 grams, diameter - 38.6 millimeters. In turn, it will fall on May 22, 2018.
"Dedicated to the disclosure in an artistically-figurative manner of the ironic image of the Ukrainian archetype. It is common knowledge that among the native values of Ukrainians is the land-breadwinner. Thrust and love for her, working on it for thousands of years unite a man and a woman, symbolizing two figures in the shape of the heart", - explained on the site of the NBU.
