Photos of cars and motorcycles of the early XX century in color

Austrian photographer Mario Unger spent a lot of time to colorize these once black and white shots. They reflect the key moments of the automotive history, which are collected in the book of the British author Michael D. Carroll.

The pictures are one of the early Alfa Romeo and Maxwell 1916 release. Sally Halterman, who was the first woman to get a motorcycle license in Washington. Racer Lawrence Ray Weisshaar is a Class A champion in the 1910s and 1920s, speaking for Harley-Davidson Wrecking Crew
