Winnie the Pooh set a record: an illustration for a fairy tale was sold in London

Illustration for the tale of Alan Alexander Milne "Winnie the Pooh" has become the most expensive, ever sold at open tenders.

"The real map of the Stoke Forest" was made by ink artist Ernest Shepard. It was sold at an auction Sotheby's in London for 430 000 pounds sterling.
