Illustration for the tale of Alan Alexander Milne "Winnie the Pooh" has become the most expensive, ever sold at open tenders.
"The real map of the Stoke Forest" was made by ink artist Ernest Shepard. It was sold at an auction Sotheby's in London for 430 000 pounds sterling.
This drawing was made 92 years ago. He acquainted readers with the delightful world of Christopher Robin and his forest friends.
