"Sunset on the Devonshire coast", written by the British artist William Harry Williamson in the second half of the XIX century. The size of the oil landscape is 31x58 cm. The Picture is framed with an original old frame of 54x80 cm. The back side contains a signature. More than 40 people followed the lot, which was eventually purchased at the end of January.
The Victorian marine artist created the painting at the peak of his creativity, revealing his talent as much as possible. Then his works were exhibited at the Royal Academy of arts.
