Today, postage stamps are not only a collector's item, but also an effective way of propaganda. The states that support our country in the fight against Russia issue stamps that demonstrate the difficult situation in Ukraine.

Ukrainian defenders clearly indicated where to go to the Russian warship on February 24th. Thanks to the work of the ZSU, on April 13, the cruiser Moscow, which the Kremlin was so proud of, left in the given direction. In the same month, Ukrposhta printed a thematic stamp. A circulation of one million copies sold out instantly. The world saw a new batch (5 million copies) on the day of the Marine Corps of Ukraine. This release caused no less excitement.

The Republic of Niger decided to continue the theme of the victory of the Ukrainian military over the Russian ship. The country presented the Burning Moscow stamps in two versions, which became an addition to the Warships series.

The first option is a collage of four stamps that form a single picture. On the top two stamps of the sheet, a cruiser engulfed in fire is depicted in close-up. In the lower part (left) is Neptune (anti-missile coastal complex). On the right is a soldier guarding Snake Island.

The postcard with the stamp became the second version of the issue. In the background, against the backdrop of the Russian flag, we see a cruiser that is on fire. The accent part of the composition is Neptune and the silhouette of a Ukrainian soldier. Interestingly, the cult phrase of the defenders of the island is written in the original language in full. The denomination of the stamps is 1000 and 3600 West African francs (approximately 48 hryvnia and 173 hryvnia).

On the Violity website, you can purchase stamps symbolizing the strength of the spirit of the Ukrainian people in the section “Post stamps of Ukraine”.
