Treasure from Como: more details about its content

This treasure was discovered September 5, 2018 during construction work in the Italian city of Como. The integrity of the vessel was broken, it was clear that there were gold coins inside. But nobody knew their exact number.

The vessel of soap stone "went" to study by archaeologists. So he was not forgotten for some time. Only on October 4, 2018, the information was made public.

Inside were 1,000 gold coins, half a gold bar, 3 rings and 3 gold earrings. The coins were dated to the V century AD.
