Not far from the Danish city of Aarhus during construction, archaeologists discovered a rare gold coin issued during the Roman Empire. The work was carried out with the assistance of Museum staff. The coin belongs to the reign of Emperor Tiberius, who was at the head of the state in 14-37 ad. During the time that the artifact has been buried in the ground, the surface is quite worn.

This is not the first find of the era of Tiberius, discovered in Denmark. Previously, the bracelet was found during the excavation of the crypt in Haderslev. Archaeologists believe that it was once part of a solid decoration. As for the place of discovery of the coin, it is noted that once there was a mound, which was given the name "Raw hill".
