In Vienna, scientists looked into the tomb of the Holy Roman Emperor Frederick III. During the operation, a video camera was used, which was launched into the room. The tomb is located in the Cathedral of St. Stephen and is a magnificent example of Gothic architecture. The structure has not yet been studied in detail, because, according to the researchers, it is impossible to fully open it without damage.

In the late 60s of the last century, a small hole was made in the wall of the tomb, thanks to which rumors that the room was empty were refuted. Now through this hole, scientists were able to launch the camera and carefully examine the interior. In the tomb were coins, a crucifix with the image of Jesus Christ, a crown made of gilded silver. More information about the find will be provided after more detailed study while researchers work on the first results.

Frederick III was the ruler of Germany 53 years, in 1452 crowned in accordance with the traditions of the middle ages. Crowned by Pope Nicholas V.
