The story of how lucky the Romanian pensioner

This story happened to a resident of one of the Romanian cities. An elderly man accidentally discovered gold coins of the XIX-XX centuries in one of the local forests.

This man almost all his life worked in the office, led a sedentary lifestyle. After retiring, he decided to fill a long gap - to choose a hobby associated with the movement. That's how the metal detector got into his hands.

And he began with the device is not for beginners, and immediately swung to a professional device. After studying the literature on the instrument search, having reviewed a lot of video materials, the pensioner went on a quest.

In one of the November days, coins appeared from the ground about 20 cm deep. As it turned out later, these were two gold coins of 20 francs and one in 20 crowns. The pensioner continued his search.

In total, 148 gold coins were found, most of them with a face value of 20 francs, issued between 1870 and 1923, each weighing 6.4 grams.
