In 1985, during the demolition of one of the oldest buildings in the Polish town of Syrod-Slenska, an unusual treasure was found.

Under the foundation found a vase full of silver coins. Total counted more than 3000 coins, beginning with the XIV century.
A few years later, with the demolition of the neighboring building, more artifacts were discovered. The treasure consisted of gold and silver coins, jewelry.

Among the most valuable finds are a gold crown and a ring with a dragon's head. They were also dated the 14th century.
