The Dornier Do X is a German passenger seaplane that made its first demonstration flight in 1929. However, due to the low altitude to which it rose, the aircraft was never put into mass production. Over the next two years, the seaplane made several flights to Africa, as well as to North and South America. Dornier Do X is designed for 160 passengers, the crew consisted of 5 people. During the flight, it rose to a height of 10 m, the maximum speed reached 210 km/h.
